Is there something in your life that, in spite of your best efforts, keeps coming back or won’t go away?

It could be…

  • physical symptoms that don’t have a clear medical explanation or don’t respond as expected
  • emotional states that persist and that may or may not have a clear cause in your life, including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, shame
  • frustrating relationship patterns including difficulty finding love or belonging, hesitating to get close, choosing partners who aren’t really available, or getting in a similar dynamic with different people over and over or
  • patterns with money or success including under-earning/undercharging, getting money and losing it

It turns out that many of our “personal” struggles actually have their origins in our family history–in the dynamics or difficulties in childhood, or even further back in our family story.

Most of us carry the unresolved, unhealed stories of our family line, which can impact our present-day health, relationships, work, money, and emotional well-being.

And yet, these connections are either outside of conscious awareness, or we see that we are repeating a pattern, but the awareness alone isn’t enough to end it. In either case, simply thinking or talking our way to a resolution often isn’t enough to change it.

We need a way to, first, make these connections conscious and then change it. In the process, we gain new understanding, compassion, and peace–and the pattern comes to an end, both for us and the next generations.

This process is called a Family Constellation.

It allows us to bring these patterns to light and gives us a way to hold the old family wounds so that we are free to move forward on our own path, instead of repeating the fears, feelings, and difficult experiences of those who came before us. You get to feel the strength and love that belong to you.

What you can expect:

  • We’ll gather in a circle in a beautiful, serene space surrounded by good vibes and inspired art.
  • You’ll be guided through a meditation to ground, connect with your heart, and claim your own energetic space.
  • You’ll learn more about how family history can influence our lives and about the Family Constellation process to go from repetition with release.
  • You’ll have an opportunity to participate in this potent group healing process. We will do a Family Constellation on one person’s intention.
  • You can choose to observe, to participate in someone else’s process, or volunteer to work with a symptom or pattern in your life directly through this group process. Because so much of what we struggle with is archetypal, common, or universal, any of these three roles can be transformative.
  • If you volunteer, you’ll be asked what would be a good outcome from working together. You’ll also be asked about simple facts of your family history (how many sibling? two parents? significant events in the history, if you know them, such as war, immigration, early deaths?)
  • There will be an opportunity for sharing and asking questions at the end. Even if you don’t volunteer to do a Family Constellation, there will be aspects that resonate and touch your personal situation.

This will be a small group, with a maximum of 14 participants.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Journal and pen
  • Water bottle, if desired (tea and snacks will be provided)
  • An open mind and heart
