• At other times, we receive more (success, money, love, we feel better)… and then we lose it.
• This might look like self-sabotage or procrastination. This might feel like being stuck or a lack of opportunities.
• The reasons often trace back to our family history – especially to those in our lineage who had less.

• Find the strength and love in your family lineage – even if you didn’t experience it in your immediate family
• Bring light and resolution to inherited family trauma that can keep us playing small
• Connect with your own potency and purpose

Who is this for?

This workshop is for open-minded, spiritual seekers who believe that more is possible for them. The healing modalities we’ll be working with, including Family Constellations (to bring resolution to inherited family trauma) and Inner Constellations (to bring greater peace and congruence within a person) can be helpful for challenges such as:

• physical symptoms that don’t have a clear medical explanation or don’t respond as expected
• emotional states that persist and that may or may not have a clear cause in your life, including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, shame
• frustrating relationship pattern including difficulty finding love or belonging, hesitating to get close, choosing partners who aren’t really available, or getting in a similar dynamic with different people over and over
• patterns with money or success including underearning/undercharging, getting money and losing it

What you can expect

• We’ll gather in a circle in a beautiful space surrounded by good vibes and inspired art.
• We’ll invite the loving support of Spirit and our ancestors to hold a sacred space with us.
• You’ll be guided through a meditation to ground, connect with your heart, and claim your own energetic space.
• We’ll set our intentions for the day.
• You’ll be guided through a short meditations and a partner experience, tailored to serve to the group’s intentions.
• You’ll have an opportunity to participate in a potent group healing process known as a Family Constellation. A Family Constellation is a process for making visible the hidden dynamics in your family lineage and relationships (nothing to do with stars). These dynamics are at the root of our limitations in success, joy, and good health. When these connections are brought to light, we are free to welcome more into our lives.
• Whether you choose to volunteer for a Family Constellation, you participate in someone else’s, or you simply observe, you can open the door to healing in your own life and lineage.

Investment in this workshop is $130 for Saturday or $220 for both days (savings of $40). The days are not identical; Sunday builds on Saturday. Coming both days add to the depth of the work and offers more opportunities to be in the “hot seat” for a personal healing.

This workshop will be a small gathering, max 10 participants, in Edmonds, WA. We will utilize healing practices like group meditations, ritual, and family constellations.
