What is Dreamwork?
Every night when you go to sleep, your Higher Self orchestrates messages to you through your dreams.
Dreams contain valuable information about your life, including relationships, career, and health. When you understand what your dreams are trying to tell you, you can make choices that improve your life.
Through your dreams, your Higher Self alerts you to your gifts and talents, potential health issues, and things that may be holding you back from being your best. Dreams also can let you know about twists and turns that might be coming up on your life path.
When you are on track with the choices you’re making, your dreams will confirm it. Likewise, if you’ve gotten off course from the direction your Higher Self wants you to take, your dreams will show that, too.
How can Dreamwork help?

- Discover your Higher Self’s priorities for your soul development
- Enjoy a life with more richness, depth, and meaning
Why explore Dreamwork?
Many of us would love to have our own reliable personal advisor who we can go to for guidance. This is what your dreams can do for you!
Your Higher Self has an important perspective on what’s going on in your life. The questions you ask—and the questions you might not even know you should ask—are all being answered in your dreams. Is this relationship right for me? How can I be more open to my intuition? Why does this issue keep coming up? Your dreams will tell you; you only need to listen.
As a child, Susan’s grandmother would help her to work out the meaning of my dreams. She grew up knowing that dreams were more than a random nightly firing of neurons. Over the years, she had studied many different approaches to dreamwork, including training in shamanic techniques for working with dreams as well as completing all three levels of Robert Moss’ Dream Teacher Training.
As Susan searched for her own life purpose, dreams were instrumental in guiding her to the work she does now. Working with clients, she incorporate dreamwork in a variety of ways—from talking through dreams and their message with clients, to using dream imagery as a tool for healing, to teaching people how to re-enter the dream itself while awake as a portal for self-discovery.
She looks at clients’ dreams to see what their Higher Self wants for them and use it as a “report card” on your progress. Once you work together to identify the message in your dreams, she can draw from her coaching and healing toolkits to help you act on it.
