Constellation Circle: A Healing Workshop

Heal generational trauma, reconnect with your true self, and create positive change in your life through family and inner constellation work.

Saturday & Sunday – both days or one

November 9th & 10th, 10am-5pm

Are you ready to heal old wounds and move forward with a lighter heart?

Most of us carry the unresolved, unhealed stories of our family line, which can impact our health, relationships, work, money, and emotional well-being. In every family there exists an ancestral source of love, support, and healing – yet, our connection to this resource can be interrupted by generations of wounding.

This workshop brings these patterns to light and offers a way to hold the old family wounds so that we are free to move forward on our own path, instead of repeating the fears, feelings, and difficult experiences of those who came before us.

Through the elements of family constellations, inner constellations, and other healing practices, this work restores soul and creates a powerful sense of connection to yourself. You feel the strength and love that belong to you.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for open-minded, spiritual seekers who believe that more is possible for them. The healing modalities we’ll be working with, including family constellations (to bring resolution to generational trauma) and inner constellations (to bring greater peace and congruence within a person) can be helpful for challenges such as:

  • physical symptoms that don’t have a clear medical explanation or don’t respond as expected
  • emotional states that persist and that may or may not have a clear cause in your life, including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, shame
  • frustrating relationship pattern including difficulty finding love or belonging, hesitating to get close, choosing partners who aren’t really available, or getting in a similar dynamic with different people over and over
  • patterns with money or success including under-earning/undercharging, getting money and losing it

What you can expect:

  • We’ll gather in a circle in a beautiful, serene space surrounded by good vibes and inspired art.
  • We’ll invite the loving support of Spirit and our ancestors to hold a sacred space with us.
  • You’ll be guided through a meditation to ground, connect with your heart, and claim your own energetic space.
  • We’ll set our intentions for the day.
  • You’ll be guided through a short meditations and a partner experience, tailored to serve to the group’s intentions.
  • You’ll have an opportunity to participate in a potent group healing process known as a family constellation. A family constellation is a process for making visible the hidden dynamics in your family lineage and relationships (nothing to do with stars). These dynamics are at the root of our limitations in success, joy, and good health. When these connections are brought to light, we are free to welcome more into our lives
  • You can choose to observe, to participate in someone’s else’s process, or to work with a symptom or pattern in your life with the support of the group. Because so much of what we struggle with is archetypal or universal, any of these three roles can be transformative.

This will be a small group, with a maximum of 10 participants. Everyone will have an opportunity for a constellation with a partner, and we will likely do larger constellations for three people each day.

Your Participation:

If you choose to do a larger constellation with the group, Susan will ask your intention and a few simple facts about your family history (do you have siblings, for example). If you prefer, you can speak with Susan privately about your intention.

Whether you choose to volunteer for a constellation, participate in someone else’s, or observe, you open the door to healing in your own life and lineage.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Journal and pen
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch (snacks and tea will be provided)
  • An open mind and heart
